Parties of 5 Guests or More
All parties of 5 individuals or more are required to pay a $50 deposit upon booking the appointments. The entire deposit amount will be credited towards your service cost upon payment. You will forfeit your entire deposit if:
*You or anyone in your party shows up for their appointment more than 15 minutes late or No-Shows without prior notice
*You or anyone in your party cancels less than 24 hours in advance.
*You alter your service to less than half of the original service price without prior notice.
Adults 21 and older are permitted to bring their own wine, champagne, or beer. (Please review our right to refuse service policy)
All parties are permitted to bring food, but must provide their own plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
All children's parties are limited to a maximum of 10 children and at least one adult must remain present the entire duration of the party. We want to provide a magical experience for your children, but we are in an industry that uses sharp instruments, hot substances, and chemicals that can be harmful if misused, so it is YOUR responsibility to monitor the safety and behavior of your child and their guests if their parents are not present.
